Coal Creek Amenities Overview

General Overview

Coal Creek Village Master Association is located in Lafayette, Colorado at South Public Road & Old Laramie Trail East.  The Association consists of 435 single family homes, condominiums, and townhomes and was established in 2003.  The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

A playground is located within the community at roughly the intersection of Rawlins Way & Casper Drive.  It's a great place to have some fun when weather permits!

Walking/Biking Trails

One of the big perks of living in Coal Creek Village is our readily access to Coal Creek Trail, which is located immediately south of our community. There one can bike or walk along Coal Creek and other expanses of Open Space, basking in nature and often encountering neighbors. Within Coal Creek Village are a number of trails as well. Various shorter trails feed into the longest one, which stretches from the northern end of the neighborhood, at South Boulder Road, down to Coal Creek Trail itself.  There are also additional trails leading directly to Coal Creek Trail from various places along the southern span of the community.
